Feel free to underestimate Marcie Frost. It's when she's likely to do her best work. Frost is the CEO of CalPERS, the California Public Employees Retirement System. Google her and the first thing you'll see after her CEO title is a line that usually points out the fact that she doesn't have a college degree and she was a teen mom. As Frost says, "just because I wasn't formally educated doesn't mean I wasn't educated."
